VLUM ultrafine powder vertical roller mill Working principle

After crushing, qualified material is evenly and continuously fed in a constant quantity into the VLUM ultrafine powder vertical roller mill’s grinding chamber via a variable frequency belt feeder. The ground material is then conveyed by the fan’s airflow into a powder classifier for classification. Material that does not meet the required fineness falls into the VLUM ultrafine powder vertical roller mill for re-grinding. Qualified material is then carried by the airflow through a pipe into a cyclone collector for separation and collection, and discharged through a discharge device as the finished powder. The separated airflow then flows through the return air duct at the top of the cyclone collector and into the fan.

The system operates under positive and negative pressure conditions, and the VLUM ultrafine powder vertical roller mill is equipped with a pulse dust collector, meeting national environmental standards.
