Vertical Limestone Mill Working principle
The Vertical Limestone Mill has two pairs of grinding rollers. Each pair consists of two narrow rollers mounted on the same shaft, capable of rotating at different speeds. A motor drives a reducer to rotate the grinding discs. The raw material is fed into the center of the rotating grinding discs via a locked air supply device.
Centrifugal force moves the material toward the area surrounding the grinding discs and into the grinding roller sliders. Under the pressure of the rollers, the material is crushed through squeezing, grinding, and shearing. Simultaneously, hot air flows upward from the air ring. Coarse particles are returned to the Vertical Limestone Mill for regrinding, and suspended material is dried.
Fine powder follows the hot air into the classification system. Qualified powder is transported by the airflow to the powder collector as the finished product. Unqualified powder is reground with the new feed. This continuous cycle completes the entire grinding process.
