Introduction

As one of Southeast Asia’s largest gypsum resource countries, Indonesia boasts a wide range of applications in construction, decoration, and industry. In recent years, the rapid growth in demand for products such as gypsum board, gypsum blocks, and gypsum putty has placed higher demands on gypsum powder production efficiency and quality. Many small and medium-sized enterprises and new factories require efficient, stable, and environmentally friendly gypsum grinding equipment.

To address this need, we custom-designed a 5-6 ton/hour gypsum grinding plant.

A 5-6 ton/hour gypsum grinding plant can utilize a Raymond mill or similar high-efficiency grinding equipment. This production line has the following features:

Raymond Mill

Production capacity range: 3-5 tons/hour (some models can reach 5-6 tons/hour);

Grinding capacity: Grinds materials to 30-425 mesh (0.613mm-0.044mm), with some models reaching 1000 mesh (0.013mm);

Equipment models: Models such as the YGM65 and YGM75 are available to meet different production capacity requirements;

Technical advantages: High-efficiency grinding rollers and grinding rings ensure high grinding efficiency; a sealed design reduces dust leakage; a pulse dust removal system meets environmental standards; and a variable frequency speed control system allows for speed adjustment based on material characteristics.

The gypsum powder production line process mainly includes the following steps:

Crushing: A jaw crusher coarsely crushes the gypsum ore to a suitable particle size (≤30mm).

Grinding: A Raymond mill/vertical mill finely grinds the gypsum powder to an adjustable size of 80-400 mesh. Drying: Rotary flash dryer/airflow dryer: Rapid dehydration ensures a moisture content of ≤1% in the finished product.

Cooling and Packaging: The calcined gypsum powder is cooled, lowered to a lower temperature, and then packaged for subsequent use or sale.

Pulse dust removal system: Complies with environmental standards, with dust emissions ≤30mg/m³.

During the gypsum grinding plant installation process, we dispatched professional engineers to the customer site for installation, commissioning, and training. The engineers provided on-site guidance during commissioning, ensuring stable operation and optimal parameter matching. The customer expressed satisfaction with the equipment performance and operating procedures.
