Processing Overview

1. Process flow of dolomite grinding mill factory

The process flow of dolomite grinding mill mainly includes the following steps:

Crushing: Large chunks of dolomite are first crushed into small particles using jaw crushers or cone crushers, typically ranging in size from 15mm to 50mm.

Lifting and feeding: The crushed material is fed into the storage bin through a bucket elevator, and then evenly fed into the grinding chamber of the powder mill by a vibrating feeder.

Grinding: In the grinding chamber, the material disperses towards the periphery of the circle under the action of centrifugal force and falls into the raceway of the grinding ring, where it is impacted, rolled, and ground by the ring rollers. After processing through multiple layers of raceway, it becomes powder.

Grading and collection: The high-pressure fan draws external air into the machine and brings the crushed material into the powder selection machine. The rotating impeller inside the powder selector causes coarse materials to fall back and grind again, while fine powders that meet the requirements enter the cyclone powder collector with the airflow and are discharged as finished products through the discharge valve at the bottom.
