Coarse Powder Grinding Mill Working principle
The European-style coarse powder grinding mill primarily consists of a frame, rotor, support frame, and grate bars. The frame is divided into two sections, upper and lower, cut and welded from steel plates. The frame lining is made of high-manganese steel and can be replaced when worn. The rotor consists of a turntable, pins, and hammers, all arranged in a regular pattern on the main shaft.
The main unit drives the main shaft via an electric motor and a V-belt, which in turn drives the grinding rollers.Large materials enter the coarse powder grinding mill through the feed inlet and are first broken up by the high-speed rotating hammers before being violently thrown against the support iron for further crushing.
Qualified material is screened and discharged through the gaps between the grate bars. Unqualified material remains in the crushing chamber, where it continues to be hammered and ground until it reaches the specified particle size. The final product particle size can be adjusted by replacing the grate bars. The gap between the rotor and grate bars can also be adjusted to meet specific requirements. To prevent clogging of the coarse powder grinding mill, the moisture content of the crushed material should not exceed 20%.

From USA
"After switching to VEST mining equipment, our productivity jumped 40% with half the maintenance costs. The German-engineered hydraulic system outperforms competitors in hard rock conditions. What truly impressed us was their 24/7 remote troubleshooting – a game-changer for our Denver iron ore site. Three years of zero unplanned downtime proves VEST’s ‘Built for Decades’ promise."
